In my opinion, Spencer: it's reflecting what the IOC recommended as a alternate to local venues at bid stage. Personally, the time has come for a Olympic Games referendum, with questions concerning a QLD state administrator and their powers (inc. recall election), if QLDer's reject the '32 Games.
