The "french" in french fries refers to they way the potatoes are cut.

NHL standings Edmonton Anaheim and Los Angeles all have one game remaining. Edmonton has 91 points the Kings and Ducks have 90. Edmonton has more regulation wins (31) than either the ducks (25) or the kings (22) so they will win the tie breaker if they end the season with the same amount of points. 2 points for a win 1 for an OT loss and 0 for a regulation loss. Thus the Kings and Ducks need to win while they lose in regulation in order to over take them.

Saw these 2 dogs just running in the street on my morning walk. Hopefully they find their way home.

2 large dogs, 1 is a husky the other a german shepard. They are walking in a road passing a line in front of a stop sign. A car is approaching going the opposite way. The car is on the opposite side of the street and the dogs are not in any danger.
