I managed to build a large community on Telegram, did it twice. Maybe it was just a coincidence and not entirely because of me. I’ve been learning German since 2018. Although I’ve made good progress, it’s still not enough. In Berlin, you can get by with English, but once you have kids, German becomes essential. For daycare, school, and daily life, you need strong language skills to feel included and at home.
