She still isn't doing very well. Trying to get her appt moved up so we can avoid another e-vet visit. Updated my Ko-fi goal. I apologize for asking for help so much this year. It's been an absolute nightmare and is beginning to /severely/ affect my mental + physical health ko-fi.com/suncatstudio...

I have raised thousands of fucking dollars for marginalized people on this website this year alone while having to deal with deranged takes on my life from spoiled adults the entire time. Now my partner and primary caretaker needs his tooth pulled. I'm forcing him to accept help from me.

Trying not to let it bother me, but it's definitely a first for me. The sad part is, this seems like a legitimately nice neighborhood and I've had many positive interactions with people...mindboggling how the action of (hopefully) one person can shatter that safe feeling...

Just found this outside our home, and it wasn't there this morning after bringing in the recycle bin, nor was it there before my evening walk. Getting reeeeeeal fucking tired of living here....now I feel like I have to side eye all my damn neighbors.

Love me some dank salad after a long but fun day!

A photo of a large salad on a brown plate, sitting on a blur laminate countertop. The salad is a mix of fresh greens, micro greens, cucumbers, carrots, diced grilled chicken, baked oyster mushrooms, and avocado on top!

A good reminder! I really need to start doing this...I've done silence/no speaking for the first two hours of the day, but I am SUPER guilty of scrolling

My favorite snacky tofu thing is to have fried tofu spring rolls from a local Vietnamese spot! The texture is usually perfect, and you can always dip in peanut sauce, Sriracha, or hoisin sauce and they all complement it perfectly!

One month!! I almost can't believe it! Was feeling like I wasn't making much progress, but damn what a difference being active everyday can make! Also, better eating habits and choices has helped a lot too...was super guilty of eating out of boredom or eating feelings. Gonna keep trekking on!

Screenshot of my weight loss tracker app, Noyoyo, showing a graph of my weight loss journey so far. The blue dots show my current progress, while the green is the expected progress, showing that I am ahead of schedule! I have lost 8.4 lbs so far this last month!!

A screenshot of my weight loss tracking app, Noyoyo, showing the daily things I keep an eye on to really track how well I'm doing. Today shows no calories eaten yet, 9 hours of sleep, 40 oz of water, a 2.45 mile walk (with some jogging), fasting for one meal a day (dinner), and no running (bad knees lol).

Well, that worked better than expected!! 40.5 hour liquid fast. Can't make it a consistent thing (prolly not great on the body), but happy to know it works lol Had to make my meal a good, yummy one!

Screenshot of the Noyoyo weight tracking app. It shows my weight yesterday, and today. I did a 40.5 hour liquid fast from Saturday evening until 2:30 pm today, which made me drop 2.2 lbs!

Okay, no more excuses!! I keep telling myself that I want to get back into shape and lose weight, but now I have a goal and timeline!! It's gonna be tough, but if to no one else, I owe myself accountability; I have to be able to keep my own word.

This is my go to reminder for situations like that. Time is too precious to spend on shitty things

A meme of a skeleton that appears to be running, against a blue to white gradient background. There is white text superimposed above the skeleton that says in bold letters: JUST WALK OUT; below that text reads: you can leave!! A list to the left of the skeleton says: work
social thing
movies
home
class
dentist
clothes shopping
too fancy weed store
cops of you're quick
friendships
At the bottom of the image, there again is bold text that says: IF IT SUCKS...HIT DA BRICKS!! Fancy script text below that says: real winners quit

Can anyone identify this moth for me? Very beautiful, thought initially it was a Hummingbird Moth, but my best guess is that it's some species of Hawkmoth??

A photo of large moth among some dried out plant branches. The wings are black with an almost deer antler looking pattern criss-crossing it's wings. The body is mostly black, with a tan stripe running along the dorsal side of it's thorax. The background is a wooden plank fence that makes the moth very easy to camouflage!

It may not produce anything worthwhile, but at least the blossoms are pretty? Honestly kind of shocked, because they don't smell terrible either (which is apparently what they are known for)
