Re9 is a solid game but it loses a lot of the shine because of Leon’s sections tbh, it feels like it was made for people who *loved* the RE4 action Castle/island sections, and Leon is barely hindered or affected by RCS like last plagas affected him throughout 4 Love Grace tho

The only nuanced take I have about DLSS 5 is that if they somehow make it run on a rtx 2000/3000 card and it gains perfomance or doesn’t hurt perfomance it’ll be somewhat impressive, but fuck that technology dude lol, DLSS 4.5 is the perfect endpoint

I've been using it on Linux too (Nobara), and aside from overwatch 2 losing a decent chunk of fps, i have had **zero** issues with the drivers, i also got a very overbuilt card. (Colorful Tomahawk/Battle ax)

And as much as i would enjoy getting a 1440p monitor, it isn’t something they will happen soon, alongside DLSS 4.0/4.5 being so good that at quality mode, it is a perfomance booster, looks as good or better than Native and it lessens the VRAM requirements a bit

My experience has been just incredible that I can run everything on ultra or high without problems, which the 8GB doesn’t matter and isn’t a limiting factor because 1. I have only 1080p monitors and 2. I don’t play unreal engine stuff, Death stranding 2 recommends a 3070 for 1440p60 high.
