They need a good slap. We all have a rule - no phones other than to look something up to show everyone - ie. Restaurants, photos of something specific we are talking about and even then they're on mute. Anyone faffing with their phone never gets asked to join us again - it's rude and antisocial.

I'm reading some real pap. I've read most of this author's books simply because I know where they're set - haven't read one for years and I think this might be confirming why. However, it's easy and that suits me atm. Also, it's a US mass market and a weird size and shape which bothers me 😂

The one I love is Vinyasa - great stretching and flowing. Have you tried the floating sound bath thing that they do in a few places ? We tried the one on water and the hammock one - it's lovely and very zen.

You will get a lot of property for your money in south Wales. Depends on what you want around you I guess, if you want hills and water then the north is your best option.

Nobody buying up there needs a mortgage 😂 Tbh I don't really like it, there's too much wood for my tastes. I love older houses but I really like the juxtaposition of very modern interiors. Fabulous position though.

Yes it is. Grandpa had Rombalds before it was turned into flats and extended in a weird way (planning dropped the ball there). Then they downsized and had the bungalow on the corner opposite IGS. Mum and dad had a house further on that grandpa bought them. Then we up sticks and went to Menston.

Someone I work with sold his 1940s semi in (fairly centeal) London and bought a farmhouse and land in Hereford and had a load of money left over - he's living the dream and has horses now.

Perfect house for you, it's got a huge garage, workshop and big room above. One thing you know for sure, nobody is building anything behind your back garden up there, although you may get a few lost walkers wandering about.
