“Mirror world” I really stretched the meaning of this prompt lol #iratober #art #fantasy #dragon

A giant eye stares at a tiny person, the eye is part of a creature too large to be on the canvas, it has white fur. The pupil shows the stars and galaxies

just want to say, thank you everyone who's supported Law of the Dragons this year (as well as the kickastarter last year.) It felt kinda like a dream, bc I never expected it to go so well. It's been a journey since, and I haven't properly had time to reflect on it; I'm just grateful for you all. 💙

I’ve finally figured out drawing Caelin, the bastard 😂 more previews behind the scenes on patreon but I hope to finish this over the weekend, using it as a warmup before commissions (which are coming along! Almost done with the current batch!) #fantasyart #sketch #redraw #wip #fantasy

rough sketch in gray black and white of 2 characters - one with his arms across the shoulders of the one in front of him. Sketch from 2025. Words read "Decided to finish this 2025 sketch"

rough updated sketch in color of 2 characters - one with red hair and beard, his arms across the shoulders of the white hair and blue eyes one, in front of him, redrawn to be shorter. Words on on image read "(And fixed their heights)"

A brunette woman tenderly strums a harp while sitting on a balcony. Her eyes are closed and her expression is calm. She almost appears to be glowing in the sunlight. She is dressed in a blue dress with white sleeves.

I’ll look into it; at times I think it’s the weather and sinuses just really bad sometimes but then other times it feels like a bruise and huge sensitivity to light & being in the dark is the only relief. I’m trying excedrin for migraines today to see if it helps, but if not idk. It’s debilitating

Once my head is better I’ll apply to more places. It kinda happened at the same time I decided I had to hang up the hat.

I still plan to take commissions just reducing it to 1 client a month. my days off from my 9-5 would earn more at Walmart or dollar general or somewhere else in a month by 2-3x than taking 3 commissions a month. I just can’t earn enough per piece & im not a factory for low cost+high turnaround

I’m focusing on trying to get better and fix my health and be there for kiddo and pay the bills. If I can personal art and write then yay. I’ve applied to some retail stores to become my extra income. I hope if they call I’ll be past whatever’s making my head hurt so much.

starting to think this "sinusitis" is actually a migraine or cluster headache I just never had severe migraines or headaches before I *used* to, like over a decade ago, but nothing like this :/ I have 4 days left of the 10 days for the antibiotics. If I'm still struggling I'll be going back to doc

ugh I've heard the horror stories :( I've seen so many group rp's banning genAI writing, but welcome (even encourage at times) AI art. 🙄

Yukimi Lumaris | Author-Artist @lumaris.net · 27/09/2026

same, I thought we were free of it in calibre ;-; they're apparently using it in the back end. I don't know what for, so I can't judge that, but generative anything is just...why? If I want an interactive story, I have RP's with a few friends, steam games, and I can write a book :'>

Yukimi Lumaris | Author-Artist @lumaris.net · 27/09/2026

i get that it's not automatically loaded in, but it still gives me the ick. Unless the older version is bricked without the update, idk if the other bugs it mentions are an issue for me then I will. But as is I havent had any issues yet. *knock on wood*

midautumn ii / fade into you 🎑 #kb3k #art #OCsky

Full-color digital drawing of Tian and Zhu, artist’s OCs. Only their upper bodies are visible, head and neck and chest. Tian has curly black hair and a scissor fade, a tattoo of a dragon sprawling up his right arm and onto his back, and a gold necklace hanging from his neck; Zhu wears a pale brown blouse, gold hoop earrings with dangling baroque pearls, and his long, straight, white-blond hair fanned out around his shoulders. Tian is cupping Zhu’s head with his right hand, and his left hand is braced against the ground past Zhu’s right shoulder. Both of Zhu’s hands are pressed flat to Tian’s bare back – his right-hand knuckles are slipped beneath Tian’s necklace. They are kissing, framed in an arched “window”; at the top of the frame is a full golden moon and at the bottom is an Asian pear with a bite missing. The colors are warm and autumnal – vermilion, gold, dark green.

I've had to stop streaming for a while. For more info, you can see my announcements in the discord, but the TLDR is that I'm having a very bad mental health crisis. If you'd like to help me out, be sure to share my work, sign up for my upcoming Backerkit, and send good vibes for a job search.

forgot to answer the rest of the post lol the determination is vibes mostly - sometimes I'll write a chapter and think about how it works with the overall plot and sometimes decide it's better to rewrite it in another's pov. Sometimes it's because they're separated
