i maintain frankie's characterization is in dire need of firming up. pretty much the only trait she seems to hold onto with any consistency is an affinity for gwen other than that shes either the optimistic thinker or the down on her luck pragmatist depending on what the scene needs her to be

i feel like the bigger threat in this instance was the incident that sunk mare where it got bad enough that it was impacting the play experience of unrelated players. if they weren't interested in penalizing it then i really dont see why they would now

how this has worked historically is when players use plugins to exploit the game mechanically is they've cracked down on those players, and at times at that plugin. i dont. really see a reason that behavior would change out of nowhere lmao
