Observations that only make sense to the humans of #cats (right, #CatSky?): According to science, clean, unseasoned roast chicken is made up of 60% frenzied acrobatic joy, and 40% cat poop. It's going to be hard to finish my own chicken sandwich while my roommate is illustrating this principle.

A black bombay cat, quietly turning chicken into pure joy... well, pure joy with one other byproduct.

Here's a helpful cognitive distortion when thinking about #America, or #Israel, or #Iran: whatever country you WANT to hold up as righteous, falsely equate it to its people. Then falsely equate the other two to their ruling regimes. Each regime is profiting by throwing its own kids into the fire.

I heard that #ElonMusk used a certain iconic super-villainous gesture in his #Inauguration speech—one often used by the most vile people in history. I could hardly believe it until I saw it for myself and knew exactly what kind of man he was. I speak, of course, of the megalomaniacal hand-claw.

Elon Musk, the trope namer, "Musking out" or "going full Musk" in 2025.

Emperor Palpatine in Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, going "full Musk" in 2003.

Ursula the Sea Witch "Musking out" during a dark ritual designed, much like the current administration, to take a young woman's voice away from her, 1989.

Scientist C.A. Rotwang in Fritz Lang's "Metropolis" (1927)—an inspirational figure for persons with disabilities, who never let the loss of his original hand affect his ability to "Musk out" in a moment of madness.
