WTF is Temu trying to sell me? I’m too scared to click through.

This is our cat Freds (yes plural, he was already called that at the rescue centre. No idea why). We popped into the rescue cattery today to enquire about getting another cat to come live with him. Fingers crossed we’ll see one soon.

Started #reading Richard Osman’s The Man Who Died Twice. It’s the literary equivalent of baked beans on toast with cheddar grated on top. Not sophisticated or complicated but easy, cosy, and enjoyable. #book

Michaelmas daisies are probably my favourite wild flower. A last burst of unusual colour before autumn sets in properly. It was St Michael’s day on Monday so they’re currently in full bloom.

Loved the BBC footage of The Prodigy last night and especially when the camera panned across the crowd at the end and settled on this chap. Who was obviously absolutely off his nut 💊🕺🤣

Just been to the cinema to see The Ballad of Wallis Island. Loads to laugh out loud at and also had a little cry. Great film, thoroughly recommend it.
