Symposium: ecDNA Andreas Ventura showed that normal primary cells can propagate ecDNAs, and that ecDNAs can promote transformation and tumorigenesis in vivo, using elegant in vitro and in vivo models of ecDNA. Fantastic work! #EACR2025
