Tonight, we are mourning the loss of one of our own after NYCHA employee, Leighton Brown, died while at Cypress Hills Houses in Brooklyn. My thoughts are with his entire family as they deal with this unimaginable loss. May he rest in peace, and may his service to our city never be forgotten.

I tried to find some good examples of the effect in gms as well, but to little results I just kinda winged it with this since there weren't too many examples Good luck with your remake!

Yep! I use the additive color option to give it that slight "glow" and the zoom blur effect in the room editor to make it a bit blurrier It ain't perfect, but I think it's a pretty cool and simple effect!
