Beautiful lunch at a winery! It was a Chinese menu menu with a unique twist. Some snacks to start: pan fried bottom mantou and roasted duck croquettes

I haven't played Xenoblade X for nearly 3 weeks bc of work and cons... Feels so good to be back. 😌 I'm done with armor farming on Luciel for now. Continuing the lobster quest I was at 45/99 then I had to guide it for 46-49. God I miss the unhinged scenarios 😂 "SKELL WARS 2: THE SKELLENING" LOL

Solo theatre day! I nabbed a cheap ticket for the matinee right at the back and the view was excellent. 😌 I watched this on DVD like 20 years ago, the memories (pun intended) came flooding back!

Guess who turned up at the wrong theatre today for a show 💀💀 thankfully it was a 7min Uber away compared to 21min transport lmao

A little handiwork with a $10 Kmart cutting mat and a $3 craft knife from Daiso. Then I will borrow the laminator at work next Monday. 👁️👁️ The bag is levelling up!!

Kohane bag pinned and ready! 🔥 If I'm feeling crafty I might try to make one of those picture inserts before Smash. 👀

I bought the Zakka can badge covers this time to save on shipping but low key regret because these are way harder to put on compared to my old brand. Putting hand cream on making it worse lol!

Xenoblade is 15yrs old... That's nearly half of my life I've been following it from humble beginnings with Operation Rainfall on Wii. 🤯 Wii, n3DS, Wii U, Switch and now waiting for the next game before I consider Switch 2. This series will keep being the system seller for me.

This one player scouted me over 10x in Xenoblade X after I switched to FMJ for weapon farming. There's another 5x on the next page. Hope you got those perfect dual guns my dude. 😂

I realized I haven't posted this on bsky yet and figured I should, given the upcoming release of Xenoblade X Definitive Edition. This is my fan translation of a short story from the Japanese XBX website. It is a direct prequel to the main story and contains some previously unknown lore details.

X Ch13 part 3 thoughts and spoilers! (Don't look at the images too closely if you haven't finished Ch12...) Aaaand we're done!! 234 hrs later we get a new title screen that gives me so many feels. 🥹 I am still not done yet! So looking forward to starting the original post ch12 content.

The Ares 90 is definitely sleek and powerful but I miss my chunkier Lailah and having more than 4 arts. It was the lv50 skell I played with for the past 100hrs. I miss her. Once I'm done with Ch13 I will build a Queen. ❤️

lucina @lucina-au.bsky.social · 30/05/2025

Guys, I am cooked. I didn't know there was a 10k screenshot limit per game on Switch until last night. There's still so much space on my SD card. And of course Xenoblade X is the game that made me discover this. I hit the cap last night and I'm not even done with Ch13 yet. LMAO

X Ch 13 part 2 thoughts/spoilers: . . . . . . I did not expect 1-3 to be connected like that. Not fully against the idea itself but the way it's done is so ham fisted. Would have been so much happier if they kept it to easter eggs. 🫠🫠 THE DIFFERENCE IN ART STYLES LOL

Ordered my base bags and the last remaining Kohane can badges. Now I just need to wait for everything to arrive at my proxy and be shipped. Then it's itabag assembling time before Smashcon. 👁️👁️

I wish Nintendo would give us the sales numbers for Xenoblade X DE or tell us if it was included in that last report. I'm tired of the doomers. I can tell the game is doing well enough because more than five people are talking about it and isn't all "I hate this game because it isn't Xenoblade 1."

Very sad to learn that Ultra Nebulan Pistolia can't roll Potential Up with Boost. It looks so much cooler than Dyads and I've had some variation of it since Ch5. 🥺

lucina @lucina-au.bsky.social · 28/05/2025

My favourite part of Ch13 so far... The amount of cutscenes and exposition dumping is a stark contrast to the base game. It's very self aware. My Cross can do the pretending to be awake but sleeping behind glasses 😂😂😂😂

000

lucina @lucina-au.bsky.social · 27/05/2025

I love how L appears in Ch4 then gets no cutscenes until Ch12 and now Ch13. I always liked him and find that extra funny.

Started X Ch13 part 1 impressions: . . . . . I don't hate it so far but I can't help but laugh at how jarring some of it is. The characterisation feels off especially after spending 200hrs with these guys. WHAT WAS THAT GROUP LAUGH 😂😭

Fun night of Xenoblade X multiplayer with my friend. I finally unlocked ghost factory so we tried runs with only me putting up decoy for the two of us. We practically doubled our dps vs Yggralith. 🔥 (bye starting ch13 plans lmao)
