I'm so tired of "movie critics" just taking rules and being like "ah they broke rule, so movie bad". Without even considering why a director or writer would make that choice. Yes there is bad writing out there, but please trust it a little. Someone who knows what they're doing can break the rules

I think having a little imposter syndrome is ok, as long as it's not constant. If you start feeling too confident in what you do, you may stop criticising it yourself. And that's really dangerous

Small pet peeve I have is when Pokémon creators use base power wrong. Like all the math and stuff us wrong, but after you add stat buffs, stab, weaknesses, and stuff. The resulting power isn't fucking base! It's like rolling a 10 on a D20, adding bonuses, and calling it a natural 27
