My landlord is raising our rent by $800 and non-renewing our lease, which we found out a day before the 90day auto renewal period. I'm honestly at a loss, its devastating because we just finished getting this place setup how we want it. I guess I'm going to have to hustle to make ends meet.

At my work they keep pushing for AI coding tools, and literally the only thing they are useful for, Visual Studio already has built in text expansion and auto-replace features that have been able to do the same shit for years. Any time I've tried to code anything, its always the worst slop code.
