The right thing to ask is for bsky.app (the AppView) or moderation.bsky.social (the default labeller) to block Vance. and they have made the bad decision of not blocking him. the right response is not to cut the cables, the right response is to block him on your side (on your own AppView, your own relay, with labellers you subscribe to, etc)
