Making the surprise Pikachu face over here while I finally did a real sidechain instead of a lazy volume automation plugin and shocked just how much better it sounds lolll.... lesson learned I suppose. The other plugin is still handy for making like gated sounds I guess.

Hooold onto your butt when you get to 9 Star Quests. 😅 But yeah Tempered Gore is no joke, it was one of the highest tiers of quests prior to 9 star and Gog to be fair. Still slaps like a train even in higher ranked gear.

If we ever miss the fact that a participant on our albums uses GenAI, I will personally commit to removing the track & republishing the album without any offending tracks. I don’t care how inconvenient it may be, this is a core principle of the label. No GenAI. Respect your peers & do better.

Part of me is curious to tinker with a different DAW. Ableton would be the easy answer but I am thinking Bitwig. Because if I can get used to it then maybe I can actually give Linux a real try more safely.
