As for official translations, the post suggests we should not hope for it to ever happen It's not hopeless but it would seem overoptimistic to me to believe there will be one He'd better make his game unplayable for a huge part of the world than trust professional translators to adapt "his vision"

That kind of goes with my point. He is not a small part of a big machine. He is the one in charge and he makes the decisions. And he said himself that there is no translation because he wants to control it. If he wanted the game to be translated, it would be. And he has waay enough money to do so.
