Wouldn’t it be interesting if Canada sent an elite team in to grab tRump and hauled him off to face charges in a Canadian court for everything he’s done over the past year? I don’t think I’d hate it if Canada was interested in US regime change.

I always wanted to allow my artistic creativity go where it wanted. That looks like 2 years of crochet, 6 months of painting, one week of Tin Whistle - so far.

It would also be a great way to tell us that people are concerned about your executive function, too.

I’m available for redacting via remote. Just send me the specifics on what needs to be redacted, one subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro, and a link to a folder of files 🤣👏👏👍

And don’t get me wrong- I can’t stand Adobe, but I have other reasons. I don’t like them at all - pdf files can be hard to work with- especially if you need to edit them.

I just feel for the people left working in Federal Government- this current administration seems so clueless about how actual goals are set and met and the people who actually perform the work.

You have to apply security to the document- Adobe Acrobat allows fine tuning of security- you can even prevent a document from being printed with Adobe.

Adobe Acrobat Pro version, has a redaction function - you mark up whatever you want redacted according to specifications, check it over, apply redaction then save the file. A person has to read the document to find what needs redaction and select/mark the phrase/name/detail

I’m guessing you could write a script to auto-redact SSN because of its format and whatever rules there are about generating the numbers- but how many different names of victims are they searching for and all the other specific items/phrases/names are they redacting?

Lenore @ltpryor.bsky.social · 23/12/2025
I think they have asked clerical workers to do the actual redacting. It’s not automatic- there’s thousands of pages. How quickly and accurately do you suppose you could redact that mountain of files?

Pete Hegseth says he’s going to court-martial me for saying the same exact thing he said 9 years ago. What changed for Pete? Well to start, he spends all day thinking about how he can suck up to Trump. When Trump says jump, he says how high.

This is a real head-scratcher to me: Trump said Hernández had been "treated very harshly and unfairly" in a social media post. On the other hand, guys in fast boats just get blown up. - that’s pretty harsh.

I realize that you’re working quickly with this… but your website needs a lot more info… because it’s hard to know where to pitch in and just naming it the Karin Network makes it sound like a bunch of “Karens”

While it is easy to focus on the apparent lack of moral courage shown by the scientific establishment, I am more struck by two other aspects of these reactions. The first is the lack of utilization of scholarship to guide their reactions. There is a substantial body of scholarly literature about the value of participation of individuals from diverse groups in science, particularly health-related research. Moreover, many universities have scholars, including historians, sociologists, and lawyers, who have devoted their efforts to studying the consolidation of power by authoritarian governments. What is happening in America is not new. It has occurred, with variations, in many other countries. Since individuals and groups involved with science should be well equipped to explore and understand scholarly writings, I expected more efforts to use this information to shape and articulate their responses.

If the person is good with policy work, look for the department that holds the responsibility for reporting to (institutional level) accreditors first, there’s always policy work involved with accrediting because accreditors have required certain policies in place.

I’m currently readingthe book: The Power Broker by Robert A Caro Do you think the US has never seen a person whose corrupted by power before? This book is long, exquisitely researched and written. The appropriate and effective response to tRump’s behavior is within this book somewhere.

The instruction page collected the network id and wrote it to a separate table and refused access if you already completed the survey. It also insured you were added to the correct workgroup (2/2).

Survey Monkey is good and will provide a simple report. For free. But if you’re going to make it available to all federal employees, they might have a response limit. I used to do this for a living - retired now - holler at me if I can help.
