Do you know what to do following a sports-related concussion? Should we be prescribing 'cocooning,' which is strict cognitive and physical rest? NO. The recommendation should be "light physical activity and graduated aerobic exercise tailored to symptoms and heart rate. Initiate in 24-72 hours."

Why is the EPA banning TCE for Parkinson's? The odds ratio for the dry cleaning chemical TCE and association with later Parkinson's is ridiculously high. and the community should thank the EPA and embrace this decision as a huge WIN for Parkinson's. This is a BIG DEAL.

Yet I routinely see my patients not getting jobs and on the other hand, also being denied disability. I wish there was an easier way for them to get approved. Epilepsy has such ripple effects in every aspect of a person's life!!
