US resident here and in a border metro region - we don't get to have a cacophony of voices. There doesn't get to be, in my case, "Metro Detroit" and all of its mayors, councils and representatives and then up to Trump. The way it works is that one voice - very unfortunately - does the speaking.

For a time, my mother was a vice principal, and the two drawers of just confiscated items, I recall, probably would have been a few thousand in early 80s dollars. Those are some very vivid descriptions and I actually found myself hearing my mother talk about what she would of her days sometimes.
