Admittedly, for a long time now, I have grown skeptical of polling, here in Michigan, the anger is palpable and while I live in a reliably blue area, hopefully Rs in outstate and rural areas are getting similar scares.

The reason that steel infrastructure was built where it sits (well, mostly sat now) was because of the proximity to easy shipping, both in and out. Iowa is nowhere near the Great Lakes, so a plant will likely never be built is planning to use low-grade taconite and then ship it to.....?????
