not happy with how canned coconut milk muddies up the glass, wondering if carton would work better? also not sure what to garnish it with, maybe a pink poprock rim would be fun (if i can get them to stick?) but i can't think of anything else

test run of The Pink Opaque mocktail, it uses guava nectar, coconut milk, lime juice, and frozen dragonfruit cubes. it starts out a pale pink but as the cubes melt, the drink becomes a stronger pink!

it doesn't matter if i'm "productive" or bedrot all day. i'm still just a disabled leech on society who lives with her parents, can't drive, no job, no real life friends, stuck in my 1st space all day cos i don't have any 2nds/3rds. idk i'm having one of those days where i'm wondering why i'm alive

4am thoughts... is this anything? would love to hear your thoughts or other ideas for them. they're kinda tailored specifically for me, i know there's definitely other ones that could apply more widely 🤔

thanks, i've just been struggling with my body image a lot... i used to get matches on dating sites like crazy when i was younger & skinnier, it's been a lot harder these days and it's hard not to assume it's because of my weight... but i also have disability working against me so there's that too!

110

Loxy Feldspar @loxyface.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

yeah i've also been having a really hard time getting any landlords to give me the time of day when they find out i'm on disability... it's super disheartening

people preferred the broken, absolute trainwreck version of me because she was sluttier & skinnier. idk if they just didn't see how i was suffering back then, or if they just don't care about it really starting to get into decentering my physical appearance now cos it causes me a lot of turmoil

Loxy Feldspar @loxyface.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

some people remain enamored with the me from 10 years ago... which, yeah i get it, but also that was 10 years ago and a) i look way different now and b) i'm a much different version of myself than what i used to be. but ppl are just concerned w/ looks. no one cares abt me being more mentally stable

the problem i think is that pumpkin itself doesn't taste like a whole lot, which is why pumpkin spice is such a huge thing - i think it has a lot to do with the spices they use to enhance the pumpkin. that being said, i feel like it tastes pretty pumpkin + spice

people are always saying anti-AI arguments don’t understand the full nuances of the technology. which is correct. but only because it stole everyone’s work, exists solely to get you fired, has made the entire internet unusable and has been forced on everyone without consent
