RiderExMachina @lowsocialbattery.com · 08/10/2026I read/listened to it a few months ago. It was good, but I didn't retain enough info so I'll have to read it again. Thank you so much for putting it together, it's nice we have a growing amount if literature telling us we need to change our build environment and how to do so 060
RiderExMachina @lowsocialbattery.com · 08/10/2026I definitely agree with what you said about how the new changes have made games watchable. I've preferred baseball over other sports my entire life, but never felt I had time to watch a game until the recent pitch clock addition 000
RiderExMachina @lowsocialbattery.com · 08/10/2026Welcome to the club! I'm hoping for a Rays - Brewers World Series. I like both teams, so I'll be happy with whoever wins after that. (Mostly because my team didn't make the post season this year, like usual) 100
RiderExMachina @lowsocialbattery.com · 05/10/2026I watched Tenet today. It was good; I really don’t see why people were so confused about it. Would love to watch it again to see the things I missed 000
RiderExMachina @lowsocialbattery.com · 08/09/2026Transit _could_ be better if your local government wanted it to be. They choose to underfund it and make cars the default. As far as e-bikes go… plenty of people bike in the cold and rain, just like people go skiing in the winter. 400
RiderExMachina @lowsocialbattery.com · 08/09/2026There are quite a few 30-mile Nissan Leafs for 1.5-2.5 in my area. Would be enough for a short commute (like my area). I know it wouldn’t work for everyone though. Would be nice if the people you’re talking about could safely e-bike or take transit to their activities. 112
RiderExMachina @lowsocialbattery.com · 17/08/2026The way I see it, if I have to spend a whole week of my life watching different movies and shows to fully understand your one movie, I won’t go see your movie. That said, the new Spider-man was decent 010

RiderExMachina @lowsocialbattery.com · 15/05/2026(Didn’t realize this had been posted in FurSky, it just dropped into my feed. I personally have nothing against furries. Still, my point stands; if your car can spy on you, it will. And if laws and social norms change to make you an undesirable, the easier it will be to find you) 100
RiderExMachina @lowsocialbattery.com · 15/05/2026“I have nothing to hide so I have nothing to fear” is the worst apathetic response to privacy violations. Especially as a furry. What happens if your government decides that being a furry is illegal because it promotes “sexual deviancy”? You’d be prosecuted before you even knew the bill had passed. 200
RiderExMachina @lowsocialbattery.com · 11/05/2026Bamboo feels like one of those basic things that you find at the very beginning of the game, and you don’t need it for the entire game until you find that the developers made it one-shot the final boss and now you feel like you slept on it for the entire game. 021

RiderExMachina @lowsocialbattery.com · 16/04/2026I did the Spokane -> Seattle Amtrak trip recently. I think having more than one train per day, and not at 3AM, would help ridership immensely. It’s also a 7 hour ride when the drive is ~5 hours. I think it’d have more ridership if they could do a 3 hour ride that leaves 4 times a day 120
RiderExMachina @lowsocialbattery.com · 09/04/2026I recently did an Amtrak Spokane to Seattle trek (7 hours), and all I could think about through the entire ride was “this is nice but so very inconvenient”. If they could cut it to 3-4 hours as an HSR line (and didn’t leave SPK at 3am), I think they’d see more ridership 120
