Remember when I said I understood the basics of perspective? I lied, but now I have a ruler, so that's a win.

I've also tried practicing perspective. It was kinda hard, but I think I understood the basics of it, maybe, probably. Please don't look too closely at my wonky lines >.< I didn't have a ruler at the time. I think I would like to give it another try soon to see if I actually got it.

A poorly drawn pencil sketch of a room with a table in the middle.

Bonus: I've been told that cubes are kinda good for practicing, so I tried drawing a bunch of 3d shapes. Turns out I don't actually understand the volume of stuff (?) I just see lines... I'l try working on that. I've also drawn a frog, for some reason.

A sketch page of a bunch prisms, pyramids and a frog.

I'll post some of the stuff I've actually liked from what I've been working on these days, so you can see what I've been up to. I found a post on pinterest about facial expressions and I thought of trying to draw them. I would've saved the post, though...

A bunch of hand-drawn facial expressions.

Hiya! Sorry I couldn't post anything yesterday. I was out of Internet for like the whole day, but I kept drawing, I promise 😭 Just as promised, here is a full body drawing of Levi. I wanted to do just a normal reference, but I got carried away, lmao #oc #art #beginnerart #ttrpg #ttrpgoc #ocsky

A pencil drawing of a woman with freckles in full plate armor. She is charging towards the camera while carrying a sword with a blank expression.

Just as promised, here is Natsu Natsuake! This is one of the first sketches that made me feel like I can maybe draw. I drew it just a day after I drew Reina and Yuuki. I wasn't able to draw much today, so I hope I can draw lots tomorrow. #oc #art #beginnerart #ocsky #sketchbook

A bust drawing of a girl smiling made with colored pencils. She has long pink hair and pink heart-shaped pupils.

I also drew this other sketch the same day as the last one. I don't think it turned out as good. Drawing the hair was kinda hard since I don't feel I'm that good with hairstyles at the moment, but I feel kinda proud of this one. #oc #art #beginnerart #ocsky #sketchbook #reimina

A bust pincel sketch of a tan teenage girl smling. She has long wavy hair and a heart-shaped cowlick.

Today I haven't been able to draw that much since I've been playing Pokémon, so here is a sketch I made the other day. I wanted to practice how to create volume with shadows and I think I like how the hair ended up looking. #oc #art #beginnerart #ocsky #sketchbook

A pencil sketch of an androgynous teenager girl with a melancholic expression whose bangs cover her right eye.

Here is the original design and the link to the picrew if anyone is wondering. picrew.me/ja/image_mak...

A picrew illustration of a woman with a short bob side-eyeing the camera with a slight smile. She is wearing a torn brown sweater being held together by safety pins and a denim jacket with patches. She also has freckles.

Heya! Late night update. I wanted to redesign an OC I used to play as in an Anima: Beyond Fantasy campaign. Her name is Levi Falconshield. In the campaign she was a knight wannabe who tried to restore her family's honor and become a real knight. #oc #art #beginnerart #ttrpg #ttrpgoc #ocsky

A pencil bust sketch of a woman. She has a short bob and her bangs cover her eyes in a way that makes her look angry, although she is smiling.

A bust colored pencil drawing of a woman with freckles and big round eyes having half of her bangs pulled back by someone's hand. She seems shocked.

Hand practice! I don't know if I'm getting better, but I think I'm getting somewhere. #art #beginnerart #sketchbook

Two pencil sketches of left hands. The one on top is doing the peace sign while the one on the bottom has spread fingers.

Hi! I actually didn't plan to post anything else until tomorrow, but my pancake @theanonace.bsky.social told me about the power of B O X E S so I wanted to practice a little bit more before leaving it for today.

A poor attempt at drawing a nondescript person by dividing the body in segments.

A pencil sketch of a hand drawn by dividing it by segments. The fingers are bent in a pose similar to the Rock and Roll sign.

Just so no one says I didn't warn them, this is what we are working with rn.

This drawing poorly tries to depict a teenager boy staring fondly at a lit lighter that he is holding with his right hand. There are also some pencil sketches of hands.
