I complained about robots and AI and the death of customer service on the fb and was told no one wants to talk on the phone anymore, but the wait time to talk to a human on the phone is always 25-45 minutes so I think in some instances yeah we do. Please hire a human to answer in those times. 😊

I sometimes wonder how much we could solve if we simply put the necessary resources into ensuring impoverished kids get proper nutrition (including sugar addiction, especially w/r/t sugary drinks). I really think it’s the sugars and dyes that are fucking us up in the head.
