iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I'd spent my entire adult life up until the last couple years, trying to find people who would allow me into their lives even if they still kept me away from them. I'm thoroughly accustomed to everyone I know keeping their distance. This had been my life and it has prepared me for what was waiting.

I think one of the primary reasons why I'm especially over social media now is just getting tired of seeing so much reacting and scrutinizing over things I say or share but not actually having anyone try to talk to me about anything directly. And I don't blame people for that but it does get boring.

Fun fact: I turned the tv on just now and it was tuned into an episode of The Love Boat on MeTV and the first person I see is Joan Blondell 💖 She's the girlfriend of Vincent Price in this and it aired just over a year before she passed away.

Would like to note that it's not communism by definition that our administration is in desire of but they are after fascism. They're after transforming this country into a place where you have to do what they say and live by their rules or you pay the price for it. Jesus died because he fought back.

I've really just lost interest in keeping up with social media which is why I've gone so quiet, especially on Instagram. James has been a factor but only in the sense that he has been enough of a distraction to keep me from spending time on it that I'm past the threshold of missing using it.

54 weeks! 👶🙏💖 Real lazy with social media lately but a part of that is being distracted by James and thinking about our future child with him. Also today is the one year anniversary of the day I became pregnant. A whole year lol. What a blessing, though...it's how I know 🙏💖

Each election year, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) takes extra steps to ensure ballots sent through the mail arrive at election offices on time. This year, it’s delaying those efforts. www.democracydocket.com/news-alerts/...

USPS pushes back measures that ensure mail ballots arrive on time

“The shorter timeframe is noteworthy and I don’t know why they’re doing this,” Steve Hutkins, who writes for Save the Post Office, told Democracy Docket.

Extremely exhausted this evening but well worth it...I went on a trek to get a real shower for the first time in months. I hadn't washed my hair since June. My cornstarch/cinnamon dry shampoo mix carried me through. And my skin hasn't been this smooth since last year. So tired but so cleaaaaaan...

I'm not excelling at taking advantage of a good opportunity to fix my sleep schedule but I'm still going to get to bed a lot earlier than usual. I think part of me likes being up at night when I'm alone. And I think part of that is a silent world coupled with a bunch of dead friends lol 💯💖

My latest notion about when I might be coming up to the city is that it might be next week because I'll become 55 weeks pregnant and apart from the strong significance of the number itself in my world, it's what Revelation 5:5 says that intrigues my imagination...

Samuel Alito has recused himself from a Supreme Court climate case, after ethics watchdogs uncovered his fossil fuel stockholdings. Instead of relying on the justices to occasionally do the right thing, we need Congress to enact real SCOTUS reform.

Republican Senators especially seem like they're enabling the president to do his worst, left and right this week. I'm glad to be certain about what begins before I get to NYC and that I'm sure that happens before the midterms. The results will definitely be influenced by what's about to happen.

I realized that the idea I had for chartering buses to help people vote in Tarrant County, TX after they scrubbed 92 polling places was still a good idea and even a great one. I'm still catching up on news and someone on The Weeknight last Friday talked about the benefit of voting in mass...

I shared something on Instagram recently about the voting conspiracy regarding the non-existent Burke County of Florida and 2024 and had still been thinking about it. Did a little research and it sounds like it could have potentially been nothing but could also be something.
