⚕Meticulous Preparations #commissions

An illustration of a character page depicting the meticulous preparation of a well dressed, older man's daily life. A gilded framed mirror reflects back the image of precise hands shaving his face, a necklace with a golden ring and weathered dog tag hangs from it's edge. A collection of grooming tools such as razors, tweezers, and pommades sits over the image of him knotting his tie. An antique watch splits the frame down to the view of him preparing for the operating theatre, gloves yanked over his long, stiff cotton sleeves. A pair of gloved hands are assisting him in pulling on his face shielding. The illustration is filled with medical tools, needles, scalples and a well worn doctors bag. He sits with his glasses on, well dressed, reading from an old leather bound journal; the pages are all curled and falling from its pages is a small photo. In the background is a reel of surreal photos in different colors with the face blurred of a young blonde woman.

if you find yourself suddenly curious about norse and germanic art/architecture/motifs/etc, check out gelmir when researching this stuff, watch out: norse/germanic/viking spaces online are often riddled with white supremacist trash. but good/reliable sources exist, too! gelmir.com
