I think this is a classic case of "build it first, make the lexicon `gg.lou.bsky-client`, have everyone adopt it, then change the record to a standardized thing once more apps want to use it too". No point in blocking a browser extension on a standard imo. In fact, I might just build this tomorrow!

God I agree so much on the "open app.bsky.*" in [APP], I even built a preference toggle into Colibri that auto-rewrites Bluesky links to your preferred platform and vice versa, all client-side for every user. I was thinking about maybe making a browser extension for the same use-case?

It's been a couple hours, so we figured it's time to share some early findings. Take the survey at where-were.at if you haven't already! ☁️ We've had 70 responses so far, out of which around 50 are actually complete. The median completion time is 15 minutes, much less than we predicted!
