Because procrastination is better than actually working on the song that's driving me crazy, I finally repaired (kind of) a chunk I took out of my Les Paul about 20 years ago. So that's something. Before & after (although the shine makes it hard to photo well):

I just asked Carl if he wanted to go for a walk. He got crazy excited, jumped off the sofa and ran to his bed (to wait for the leash). The second I attached it, he just laid down and would not move. Now I can't get him to budge at all, but he keeps looking at me and yapping. What even is this dog?

I just finished "Encampment" by Maggie Helwig and even though I already knew some of the details, reading about the way the city (Toronto) treated these people gave me a lot of new perspective. It's abhorrent.

Okay, I did the dialect quiz thing and while obviously it's wrong, it makes sense that it matched me with the most Celtic part of the US 😀

My Apple Maps is still showing the correct spelling of Lake Ontario. Although given that the text is entirely on our side, I'm wondering if the Canadian version was left alone to avoid an international incident 😀
