Look for Lindsey Graham to be even more of a ghoulish war hawk than usual between now and June given his primary. MAGA and its radical right predecessors have been trying to defeat him in primaries for 20+ years but his money advantage and lack of coalescence among rivals has always saved him.

Justice isn’t possible after what he’s already lost. May he find peace and restoration in his life once this latest absurdity is over. May those being cruel today face justice. And may the U.S. find a path away from this inhumane regime and towards decency and truth, difficult though it may be.

Humbly requesting mainstream media use the phrase “sectarian violence” in describing Kirk’s murder if indeed it is confirmed this was a groyper who killed him. It is a different branch of christofascist ideology settling a dispute with another branch using violence instead of words and debate.

Robert Costa is sanewashing Trump again. This could almost have been written by Hannity. He doesn’t challenge Trump at all (guess that’s how he maintains access). Never mentions that Russian invaded Ukraine unprovoked. Kidnaps children. Rapes women. Kills civilians.

Would be ideal to have a forum where ideas are shared and debated by those who disagree in good faith. Alas, the main personality of the right is “owning the libs”. There is no good faith.
