Fuck. Went on Telegram and lo and behold, it synced my old contacts and told me Nadia joined with a nice picture of her and her new fella. I've sent her a message wishing her well and that I'm happy for her. But fuck. This really hurt as I haven't seen a single pic of her for so long.

So I took the RAADS-R test online and scored 91. I found it difficult as in many cases I wanted to put 'sometimes' and so found it a bit frustrating, but I did my best. Obviously these online tests aren't very accurate, but my GP suspects I've either got ADHD or some form of ASD anyway.

I only have the one tattoo as it was meant to be the start of a sleeve but I never had any more done. It's a Doctor Who one, showing the Weeping Angels, Vashta Nerada and sonic screwdrivers with the latter 2 formed into a skull and crossbones shape. RS with your tattoos!

I spend most of my working life supporting care experienced young people with their mental health and various issues. I signpost to other orgs that can help. We offer structured 1:1 sessions and counselling. The bad thing is, I could do with this kind of support myself but I'm not care experienced.

Several people, including my GP, have indicated they think I either have ADHD or some kind of ASD. I really wish I could get a proper diagnosis soon as that would really help me make sense of my entire life and everything going wrong with it at the moment.

Just batch made a huge amount of Japanese potato salad so today is somewhat productive at least! What's the main difference between this and normal potato salad? You mash the potatoes and you use kewpie mayonnaise as well as adding things like egg and a dash of rice vinegar 😋
