any info i'm finding online says that bank voles have colonised the south/southwest of ireland and i'm not sure how outdated that is but i don't know if it's of any specific note that we have them this far up in the midlands. there's been signs of them for years i've just only now actually seen one

an enormous group of either swans or geese flew past the house way up in the sky at dusk which is something i have never seen before around here, ran out at top speed to get a better look at them and almost ran directly into a fox on the avenue. what the hell is going on
