I am very happy and thankful to God to be turning 39 this year. I love my family, I am loving my job, am loving my team and I love who I get to be. I miss some people sure (my auntie who died last month especially)... But they'll be in my heart till the day am gone Go, enjoy life!

This is a piece of advice I always give when I consult: you need someone to have final say. Even in a co-op, even in a group of peers. There needs to be someone who can say “okay, we are implementing this” someone has to take on responsibility for the decisions
