My partner and I recently got a new shark auto vaccume and its really funny that they appear to have programed into it a sense of panic. Gets caught under the table between all the legs and starts turning and pushing with increased urgency

My newest piece, Touch The Sun. I've been thinking of Icarus a little lately, and this piece is inspired by the song Sunlight by Hozier, as well as Icarus by Shadow Academy #art #illustration #icarus

Illustration
A sharp fingernailed hand reaching up towards a red stylized sun with feathers falling around it. The words Touch The Sun are in between it, along with my signature stamp by the wrist

God I love the Mission Impossible movies. Great action, don't take themselves too seriously, but still feel like they have real stakes. They're so snappy too, just driving forward from go

So because I'm a child, I only really like half a jar of salsa, cause I just like dipping chips, I don't like the chunks. However, I just realized that I'm an adult who has a blender and free will, long story short, all salsa is now chunkless in this household

Some sketches I'm working on, I just wanted to draw mothman again (I also am still thinking of Thunderbolts* so I'm for sure beiong influenced by The Void)

Red art sketch, a figure with luna moth wings appears to hover in the frame. They have no distinct face and wild hair. There are eyes on the wings. There is a green flowing cloak onver the figures form, being blown off to the left side

Same as the previous, but without the clothes

So I just got out of Thunderbolts* after actually being excited about it for a while, and I had such a great time! Genuinely my only complaint about it is that even at a 2 hour run time it felt short, so much fun

WIP behind the scenes for my next card. Reference for this one is a photo from seeing Barns Courtney live last year #sketch #WIP #BarnsCourtney

Digital drawing sketch in red with the palette and layers to the right. A guitarist stands with an arm raised, other hand grabbing the guitar. He has long curly hair, and wears lose robe like clothing and necklaces. A sword and stick raise from the ground on either side of him, a cup below, and a circle with a star behind his head. This card is a version of the Magician tarot card

Card 0: The Fool I have started a new long term project. All art is a process, and it is a joy to create #art #illustration #tarot #thefool

My own version of The Fool tarot card.
A fairly androgenous figure jumps over a water filled ditch. They hold a flower in one hand, and are wearing boots, light pants, and a shirt with rolled sleeves. Fields flank the ditch, as well as groups of trees in the midground, and raising mountains in the background. The sky has scattered clouds and a shining sun in the top right.

Another piece for @msmaddhatt.bsky.social that was fun to figure out, and alternate for the previous piece.

A figure lies in a bed beneath a bridge, sitting in an endless field of flowers. A shadowy figure leans up against a nearby tree. Crows perch watching on overhead powerlines. There are sparse clouds in the sky

The bridge and the birds. A recent commission that I finished for an upcoming/ongoing project! I'm super pleased with how this piece came out, and even found some new techniques for future art. Many thanks to @msmaddhatt.bsky.social for the work! #art #illustration #bridge

Black and white artwork
A bridge cuts over two lanes of a road, divided by a grassy median. The sky above is largely clear, with two whisky clouds. There are birds sitting on the powerlines, and flying above. A woman lies in a bed below the bridge, with a man sitting in a chair watching her

Doing a quick project and going through some work from college, this is one of my favorite pages I did. Maybe I'll redo the whole book one of these days #art #comic #dogs

Comic panels in black and white. Top left: front door with a ghost decoration, jack-o-lantern, and lights around the door. Top mid: two ghost dogs talking back and forth saying; so we take the sheet - yes - and we add a few holes - right - and then... Top right: The ghosts float around a tall dog under said sheet saying "now you're one of us!
Middle left: split panel of the real dog chasing a ghost dog. Middle: split panel the ghost flies into a wall, an explosive WHAM! Right middle: real dog lies on the floor, dizzy, while the dog in the wall says "sorry Ari, i forgot"
Bottom left: The dogs walk outside, with Ari saying "I've never been one for halloween, too scary, but this year..."
Final panel: The dogs all 3 lie in a panel, with Ari finishing "this year was fun, thanks to you two" whith Happy Halloween from Ghost Dog is written below

So this new drawing actually ended up being two drawings at once. Originally just meant to be the more basic tattoo design, I expanded it to the full Tower tarot card because...I mean I was already most of the way there, why not just finish it off. Enjoy #art #illustration #tattoo #tarot #hozier

Digital art in the style of a tarot card. Simplified black on white linework. A tall ornate tower with a clock on the upper face is being struck with lightning, causing the upper spire to crumble and fall. A crescent moon is in the upper left corner, and the bottom right contains red lettering of LMR. Over the top of the image on scrolls are the words "there's no kingdom to come" and below is written "No Plan", all being a reference to the Hozier song of the same name. This drawing is designed around eventually being a tattoo, hence the simplicity

Same as the previous drawing, but with more black in-fill, detail, and lacking the words over the top of the card. This one is simply The Tower tarot card, with those words writtten along the bottom
