Loved him! He was underrated in my opinion. “I’m your huckleberry.” "It's true, you are a good woman. Then again, you may be the antichrist."

@cbgenealogy.ie I see you use beehive. Are you liking it? I've signed up, but haven't used it yet because I still have wp. And, curious — do you find you get more readers with the newsletter w/ links to your blog or emailing the blog post individually?

This same thing is happening to me with "suggested" parents. I click on the ignore, and they keep popping up. It's annoying.

@danielloftus.projectinfant.ie I Enjoyed your Rootstech presentations #NotatRootsTech. You provide great information, and I appreciate how down-to-earth you are. You don't assume that we understand what you're talking about.

Might I suggest starting with the free versions. I still only use the free ones and alternate depending on my needs. Since it’s free, just play around until you get comfortable. A good place to start is here, although if you have Legacy, there are great webinars on it especially for genealogy.

This comment and the amount of likes says it all. Losing allies one country at a time. 😞

screenshot that says "Canadian PM Trudeau announces 25% retaliatory tariffs on some US goods in response to new Trump levies, escalating a global trade war."

Screenshot that says, "It’s crazy when our own people agree with Canada and want to make the lives of our citizens more difficult and I agree with them! Want to rid ourselves of this tyrannical loser. Thank you Canada for continuing to be our friends! We love you!" and it has 2.1K like and loves.

Protesters Display Upside-Down American Flag at Yosemite – This resonates across our country.

A group of frustrated Park Service workers displayed a flag measuring 30 feet by 50 feet. Some rappelled down the side of El Capitan, which rises more than 3,000 feet above the base of Yosemite Valley.

#GenHour It's neat how connected we all are. I was researching for two clients when I recognized connections, indirectly, to my tree.

I thought it was two different items for George because they were on the same line in the index.

Thank you. I appreciate it. Lorna found what I was looking for. I found it but didn't realize what I was looking at. It wasn't a will, but a Will. Everett. It just didn't make sense to me because it was on the same line as George.

Thank you for this. It is not in this one though.

Ha, saw that and didn't put it together. Duh! 🤦‍♀️And, just realized that wasn't a reference to a will, but Will. Everett. Thank you.

Good afternoon, #genealogy #genies. Does anyone happen to have the book, Virginia Colonial Abstracts, Series 2? United States: L.O. Duvall, 1951? I am looking for the will listed on the attached image for George Everett and the information it has for him on pg 63.

The screenshot is of Everett, George, 62; Will, 14 index.

Same, I am constantly muting certain words for the same reason. Of course, I've been in my garden for the last three days, so that helps.

😀 I binged it too and I'm not a binger either. I did the subtitles, the dubbed annoys me as I keep looking at their lips and they never sync. I have been watching a lot of shows with subtitles lately. I always stayed away from them thinking I couldn't handle it, but I enjoy them.

#GenHour, yes. I like the collaboration aspect of it, too. Having another pair of eyes on my work never hurts. It's also another place to have my research as a safeguard and it's great for future generations to have. #WikiTree #Genealogy

I think #GenHour is running a bit slow; I noticed around five things popped up at once. Anyway, I’ve decided to give WikiTree another try. I looked at it many years ago, and it seems to have improved since then. I appreciate the safeguards it offers compared to FamilySearch trees.

Well, they got mine (legal name) correct. This is what I've always been told. I am also named after my grandmother. "Marguerite f French French form of Margaret. This is also the French word for the daisy flower (species Leucanthemum vulgare)." I also got her green thumb, so that's apropos. 🌻
