The game is about 14 years old, LR1 is obtainable by anyone who has played long enough. Narin though? She was only obtainable at the time for those who paid for her. This community event was just very poorly planned out.

Nah, the part I have a problem with was it requiring Narin. F2P players had absolutely zero chance to solve the puzzle first since the puzzle was released on the day of the update and the only people who would have Narin at that time would be those of us who forked over cash.

When they open with “This is the highest I will pay” after being asked to barter, they aren’t actually interested in playing the back-and-forward game but still humored you by interesting their price past what they actually wanted to spend.

Am I happy that Destiny 2 isn’t on hospice anymore and has been given life again? Absolutely but I do think people are celebrating way too soon. Bungie lost a LOT of their Destiny devs, only content officially announced has been sunsetted content returning, and just a promise of new content.

Don’t get me wrong so far the game is fun but my god, these little issues that go against the games I’ve played that use timing to parrying or dodge attacks… I’m just not having fun with the fights.

Also while the game’s combat is good, for a gake that wants you to parry… they sure do love making the blink of what attack is happening, happen BEFORE the attack it launched so it fucks up the whole timing and flow of parrying for me.

Playing Prince of Persia The Lost Crown and the dodge on controller (Xbox) being on the RT button instead of B is driving me fucking nuts and there seems to be no way to change that. All these accessibility options but not one for changing controller layout.

I will never be able to give my two cents about the game since I’ll never be able to play it (Fuck Sony) but even hearing the positive reviews for the game, it sounds like a lot of Skill Up’s criticisms for how handholding the game is, is still largely true.

Bought it day 1, I think I’m just holding off since the achievement hunter in me is just annoyed that I have to play on the hardest difficulty to get the 100%. Was expecting a more Eldritch themed farm/life sim and got met instead with a difficulty challenge that I’m not in the mood for right now. 🤪
