There was another one where my dad dived across a table to stop a very young me from hitting the big CRT TV screen with a hammer while it was on. He was recovering from broken ribs and a collapsed lung at the time, so this was suboptimal. I think the 70s were just a more dangerous time full stop.

Attended the recording of a science podcast with several leading cancer researchers contributing. One explained that giving up smoking is by far the biggest single way to reduce your risk of cancer. Everything else was rounding errors compared to the impact of smoking. But Uncle Nige knows best.

Love this, and saw Sonny and thought a bit of #coys bias was creeping in as they’d clearly drawn him pretty flatteringly out of respect. Then I saw Harry next door and my theory was blown to pieces 😳😂
