They do say it's early Alpha. It's basically a proof of concept right now. It's like translating the complete works of Shakespeare but right now they only have the titlepage and list of characters before act one. It's a good start, but there is so so much more work to be done.

I honestly think that's also behind the push to use AI to create "art", books, music, images, entire actors, and whatnot. They want the title of artist, but they don't have the drive to do the things artists do to get better, all the work leading up to art, so they think they made a shortcut.

I think I have varying degrees, depending on the show. Some shows I can watch and just leave at the drop-off. Some I want to watch through, despite the fall in quality. And some, like Lost, Castle, Heroes, Prison Break, Monk, House, My Name Is Earl, and a few others, are dead to me.
