I’m coming out to say that I’ll be going on hiatus. I’ve been doing a lot of introspection which is what we all need to do. I really do acknowledge about what I said was not kind. I’m glad that I was informed! We all are going to do or say dumb shit and we should all be held- 1/?

You better than yourself. Hold others and yourselves accountable for your mistakes. We can all learn from them and be better people.

Accountable. You know when you have a beta reader looking over your work and they’ll tell you what needs fixing in your story, that’s what we need to do. Having a true friend is like having an editor. They will tell you what you need to do to fix it. Listen to your friends because, they can know 2/?

I wanted to add here that I've been talking with Liz since that post came out, and explained to them the issue with the word fetishistic in relation to queer ships, especially in a historical context. As someone who is a trans queer man, I wanted them to understand our side and our relationships.

I also haven’t been in many queer spaces for very long, 2 years in fact. I’m still learning how to navigate them and I’ve been informed by @aimiji.bsky.social using the word “fetish” has a lot of bad connotations in the community and I’m so glad they said something. It was very wrong of me to say.

So this post right here was worded very poorly, I’m so very sorry to everyone! I’m very frustrated at what the fandom has become that was my gripe, not gay ships! I’m so very sorry and I’ll word my posts better in the future! I think I just let my brain get ahead of my words. 1/2

Just a reminder that Orla goes by, She/They pronouns so don’t panic if you misgender them. I misgender myself sometimes. 😆

OK, first up is the very handsome Vito De Riva, who belongs to the lovely @marychronicler.bsky.social Drawing & colouring facial hair is definitely something I needed to practice more so thank you for letting me borrow your boy.
