Finished this #embroidery from a kit my SiL gifted me for Christmas. Took about 4-5 hours. The devil needs a Brazilian because I never wanna work with his pubes again. (The devils pubes is a nickname for the horrible-to-work-with coarse metallic thread) but it was fun! #needlework #stitchcraft

Just casually reading my kindle and then suddenly the screen went blank. Still switched on and everything. Just.. blank. I didn’t turn the page to something blank. Just all the text went. I was able to drag the menu down and restart from settings but no options to go to the home screen or change

Being chronically ill is expensive. However, I was able to get all four boxes of Kool n soothe for £4. I rely on these heavily. Cheaper beans just don’t cut it. A damp cloth doesn’t work. I also have a gel pack thing that goes in the freezer.

She’s just a baby! I love how Smudge tucks herself in to bed and stuff. I can scoop her up and cuddle her like this whilst I lay down and it brings me so much peace. Which is funny considering she’s chaos incarnate.

With this storm, there are wheelie bin tragedies everywhere but it's taken out two of our fence panels in the garden. We will rebuild! In all seriousness, it's actually quite bad in some areas, especially over in Ireland. Stay safe out there.

I finished it. It came out pretty nicely I reckon though certainly room for improvement; however it functions perfectly. My first time working with this badalassi carlo wax leather though too so not gonna be too hard on myself for my mistakes.

It's not very good but WIP of a pen case. It's now partly stitched and I've bevelled the edges so it doesn't look as raggedy. The stitches on this side are spot on but somehow on the reverse side, they're really wonky o.o

I still don’t even know what I should charge when I start to sell but I’ve told myself I should probably charge at least £2 more than I think I should. Don’t wanna price myself out though. Like the stitching alone takes almost three hours though. 6 or so hours to make in total….

I’ve been so unwell the past couple of days. Today, my blood pressure was in the toilet. I managed 20 minutes out of bed before I had to yeet myself back. I’d say in bed but I couldn’t even manage to get in. Thankfully some more rest helped a lot. Just lay there for a couple of hours in silence

Also working on two wallets. I hate lining up the stitch holes so much. This one is okay but I’m also working on a brown one and they’re a bit wonky. It’ll look fine when it’s done but it’s gonna need pliers to help me when stitching, especially as I don’t have a stitching pony.
