Have now slowly re-read the ruling, and it is even more damning than at first reading.
The ruling pretty much sets out Manchester City was fraudulent on a systemic long-term basis.
Not just mere non-compliance, but ‘concealments’ and ‘disguises’.
Also some MCFC witnesses were ‘dishonest’.
