Very frustrating, because the market gap won’t last forever. To your point, they remain laser-focused on their B2C roots instead of addressing the bigger, bolder B2B opportunity.

They are related, because without a clear vision of what you are building towards, why, and who it’s for, you can’t create a sticky user base or community.

I see two problems: 1) lots of users who use it, but don’t love it; 2) no overarching vision beyond features and functionality

Yes, it’s very concentrated. For a gentler cleanse, I mix water with a drop of Vanicream in my hands to dilute it. I am tempted to add water directly to the bottle but haven’t been so bold just yet… Hope it helps!

Agree, bc you already have paying subscribers, crazy engagement, and probably a strong pipeline. One possible benefit to users is to centralize all subscription credentials which they currently do for mainstream pubs. (I am hopeful their monetization model is more creative than ads.)

Understood — others share your POV, and I wonder how/if Artifact will incentivize journalists/pubs to claim their profiles or what that relationship will look like. There’s value to users to follow profiles, but it’s not yet clear how journalists/pubs benefit from claiming them.
