61 minutes into our "maybe he'll take me to his home" walk and 30 seconds after finding the address of his possible owner* a car slowed down next me, rolled down the passenger window, and asked if that was my dog. I am home and there is only one dog in the house. The kittens rejoice!

We don't have "redo the entire bathroom" money so I'm starting to change the things that cost less than ripping out the bathtub and replacing all the tile. Today I discovered a hole in the drywall behind the mirror.

Turns out my tv has 16gb of storage for the voice recordings it makes WHILE IT IS TURNED OFF so it can upload them to transcribe and sell to who tf knows who for who tf knows what purposes. Time to get an outlet remote so I can maintain client privacy in my own fucking living room.

An afternoon at the Seattle Rep. So far Freak the Mighty balances fraught, whimsy, and delight especially well.

The playbill for Freak the Mighty (a Radio Flyer wagon with two books in it and abstract fireworks behind it, all done in orange and purple tones) against the proscenium.
