Say “Granada capital” to disambiguate from ”la provincia de Granada”. Good to know that it oblasts don’t work that way, but it‘s not a logical impossibility. 100

The plan is that standards development will be almost continuous: once one version of a standard is harmonized, work on the next iteration can begin. 120
