Because I forgot to share them here yesterday, here are the black cats I've had over the years.

My favorite part is seeing outside my window through the reflection in her eye.

A cat's eye is just above the middle of this pic and takes up a good portion of the shot. The pupil is constricted and the iris is yellow green. The upper eyelid is a shiny pink and the lower shows short orange lashes.
