iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Part of it could also be the fact that I'm feeling pretty done with DT. It was a fine expansion but I'm really ready to move on. So the wait for EC is gonna be brutal. At least I'll have my group for a few days out of the week to pluck away at TEA.

Like BST is fine. I liked the crucible for the most part and capturing the beasts was fun. But there's not much else to it. So idk, I look forward to shelving it but will also be interested in how it gets updated going forward.

Next week I will finally have enough currency to buy the new hair and finish off my BST gear. I may attempt master board two again but I look forward to being sort of done with it.

Just need to stay strong until fan fest for some EC hype.

I hate lulls in XIV because that's when I feel the urge to resub to wow...

Jurassic Park. Was the first movie I remember seeing in a movie theater with my mom and I spent 90% of the time sitting on the floor not watching.

Fanfest month! Can't wait to see some final details about Evercold and get a launch date. And hopefully we'll get a benchmark soon to mess with some new character creator options!

Flight from Orlando to Chicago was smooth! Left on time with no issues. However our Chicago to madison flight has already been delayed and had a gate change...

And our Disney vacation comes to an end. Tomorrow we fly back home and I pray to whatever God is out there that our flights go better than those to get here. I'd really not like to repeat another 22 hours of travel...

Day two at Disney was amazing.

Lith @lithina.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

After 22 hours of travel and many delays and reschedules, we have made it to Orlando. This was not how our vacation was supposed to start.

TEA is hard, who knew!?

Lith @lithina.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

Ah, this is true. The first 2 boards give a cool 50 faded memories each. And with what I have it'd only take 3 weeks of reclears... which isn't that bad!

Lith @lithina.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

Ughh I want the new hair but I'm also not willing to drop 5 mil on it and I'm getting kinda tired of BST.

We saw BJCC! Granted with only like 3 people alive and I was the only one to survive their entrance but still! Massive prog!

The music on the unmoored island has me so incredibly hyped for Evercold alone.

Hell yeah that's awesome! Love finding good local spots like that!!

Hit legendary on board one! Pretty easy and quick. Time to farm some hair?! :) :) :)

Oh, I wonder how far out from the Evercold Benchmark we are.. Can't wait to see all the new character customization options!

000

Lith @lithina.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

And first master board also complete! Second board looks so intimidating...

000

Im so happy with the change back to Elezen. She's just so perfect.

030

Also as much as I want the hair I've decided to turn in my faded currency for bright to upgrade my gear. Praying for that natural drop... Otherwise guess I'll be doing first and second board for 5 weeks to get the 500 needed from the challenge log.

000

Cleared the third board! Managed to one shot the final boss when I really didn't deserve it at all, haha. But a clear is a clear!

100

Also turns out I kinda like bst despite the initial meh feeling about it. Leveling it and getting different beasts has been fun. And I like the crucible.

I also want to try and see if I can get legendary rank board 1. Would be cool to get the hair as a natural drop so I can spend my currency on gear upgrades.

111

All beasts have been captured! Gonna work on leveling some before I try the third board.

Lith @lithina.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

Managed to get BST to 50 last night. Gonna focus on capturing the last beasts i need before attempting the third board, I think. And might do the other two a few more times to level beasts up as well.

Lith @lithina.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

I will clear board 2 tonight. 😠😠

lil Visna colored sketch (and bird, I love bird...) I adore her so much already!!! 😭💖 #shmiart #FFXIVART #FFXIV

Colored, cleaned sketch of Visna from FFXIV's Dawntrail into Evercold patches. A small pink haired cat girl with big blue eyes, a happy smile, goggles, a neckerchief and suspenders, making a peace sign near her face with her hand, while a large, fluffy pink, white and copper bird sits on her other arm.

I've been watching some of the WoW Forever beta stuff and the zones look really really good compared to live. But I just cannot do the classic gameplay. Like I get it and I'm happy that people are enjoying it. But it's just not something I think I'd have fun with.

Ughhhhhhhh any time I'm like 'I should just bite the bullet and change her' I look at my viera and I just 👀. It sucks have two characters I really like a lot but can only really have one as a main.....

Lith @lithina.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

I also have this urge to power Clara through post-ShB and EW. One of my biggest hangups to making the felezen change permanent for Lith is the fact that she's been viera for all msq since ShB. But if Clara goes through it, maybe I could make the swap permanent and have Lith felezen and Clara fviera.

Lith @lithina.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

Like I'm so mad at DT for taking felezen from a solid 7.5 to a 9.5. I was happy with my alt Clara being a felezen. But ever since the DT glow up, it's hard to resist the urge to change Lith.
