Then there are the vehicles with cloned plates that we have also had to tow. Don't get me started on the vehicles with no registered keeper. 000

Then this guy busts through the electric gate on the pound and drives off in the Tesla. Police called. They have seized it. It's in their pound. It also has 58 unpaid PCNs. 231
