The issue is rather how much you enforce it. Like someone posting locktober triggering a lawsuit would be shitty for sure. Bad style. Someone copying the concept... That's a free market attack. Why would a business allow it?

Well if you've followed them in the past you may remember that s lot of Chinese producers simply copied the designs. And lots of other brands do socks with gay themed kink wordings. Obviously you protect your business. Like cuffed store would protect theirs of someone copied. Or gear.

From personal experience some people tend to be overdramatic even if they are potentially unright. That's why I'm sceptic. But maybe there will be more to it. Companies doing big money with kink is the concept of Darklands btw. It's only about the money. Still gays pay.

I wouldn't take every word of Instagram accounts for granted. The context matters. If you check the account of skaterboy they interact with these terms with other accounts & there seems to be no issue. So the question is which content was targeted & why. Information which hasn't been provided yet.

That being said I am not surprised a gay company tries to claim this wording as a brand. Let's hope enough gays with good arguments or lawyers will stop this. They may sell their socks with their logo but taking over a wording which existed for long time is kinda piracy behaviour.

I remember having a dispute with italrub years ago about capitalism, money & overpaid CEOs. He was pretty much pro 4 those & liked the capitalist system a lot. Even managed to let me know that it's my own fault/ lack of intelligence if I don't profit from the system. Funny capitalism got 2 him now.

Aside the fact that the series went on so long & had so many story arcs over all the seasons they imho had genuinely original episodes & to me a Buffy/supernatural crossover would have been an absolute dream. Both had iconic ideas & dared to do the unexpected. Good entertainment. Too much to binge.
