I’ve started doing a stretching regiment before bed for a few weeks now and I’ve been sick the last three-ish days with a stomach thing. HOO BOY some of those stretches are spicy after just a few days of broken routine. Specifically the hams and pelvis, but some of the arm ones too.

Both released books from TD Orel’s Titan’s Nest saga, the first four books in Michael Manning’s Art of the Adept series, and the first six Dungeon Crawler Carl books.
